Sometimes life moves so fast that we forget to stop and ask ourselves how we’re really doing.Today, take a quiet moment to pause. Breathe deeply. Then ask yourself:

  • What emotions have been showing up for me lately?

  • What do I need more of right now—rest, connection, structure, or grace?

  • What is one thing I can let go of this week that’s been weighing me down?

Write freely and without judgment. This space isn’t about perfection—it’s about awareness, honesty, and growth.

If you feel comfortable, share a few lines from your reflection in the comments. You never know who might need to hear your words today. 💛

What is shared journaling?

Shared journaling is a collaborative therapeutic practice that encourages communication and connection between individuals. It involves the shared exploration of thoughts, emotions, and experiences through a shared journal or digital platform. This collaborative writing process fosters a deeper understanding, empathy, and connection between participants. Each person has the opportunity to express their perspectives, feelings, and reflections while reading and responding to the entries of others. Each week I will post a weekly journaling topic feel free to share thoughts in the comment section or write in your personal journals.
