Self-pay 60 min sessions are billed at $180
FMLA Evaluations and Documentation $180
Insurance plans that are in-network, are billed at the contracted rate.
We accept electronic payments from all major credit cards as well as checks. FSA, HSA, or HRA funds are accepted towards therapy services.
Sliding scale options available to those who qualify.
